SHIPPING POLICIES

The STANDARD shipping method is by USPS for domestic shipments in the United States only.

Packages take 3-5 days to arrive after shipping. Ask for express shipping option

Free shipping on orders over $95

 

PROSECUTION

• We process orders from Monday to Friday.
• Shipping times do not include processing time which can take 2-4 days.
• We do not process orders on holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not responsible if the address entered is incorrect or insufficient. The customer is responsible for paying the fee for the second Shipment if it is returned for that reason.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

 

REFUND POLICY

RETURNS:

All sales are final, however, if something occurred please reach out to us at info@gigicreativecenter.com

 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

All customs items are made only after a proof is sent and approved by the customer. 

For all custom orders made, there are no returns or exchanges. 

In the rare case that there is a problem with your order, please reach out to me within 24 hours od reciept. 

Please ensure all spelling is correct when submitting your order. Mistakes due to customer spelling error will only be replaced at the expense of the customer.
